🏃🏻‍♀️I hate running! 😩 I prefer the treadmill over running outside though. I like to do intervals on the treadmill so I don't die of boredom. I usually do 10 mins since I can't stand it lol. -30 secs on, 15 secs off -Incline is 5.5 -I start my speed around 5.5 and increase it a bit after every 30 sec sprint. -Sometimes I do 20 secs on, 10 secs off. -The better my cardio is, the faster I go! • #Cardio #Treadmillintervals #treadmill #RunRunRun #IHateRunning
